RNA expression of CRISPR-CAS9 modified cell lines (HEK293T)

RNA-seq from HEK293T cell lines modified with CRISPR-CAS9 at position of SNP rs11706832. This SNP has been associated with risk of developing low grade gliomas. Here 4 cell lines will have the low risk Allele, and 4 will have the risk-allele. Cell lines have previously been modified to only have one copy of the LRIG1 locus, where the SNP resides in the second intron. Here we measure the effect this SNP has on the gene expression in HEK293T cells.
