Backtranslated terminology-filtered parallel (English to Spanish-English) corpus of the wine and olive oil tasting language

Domain-specific corpus of 161,737 parallel segments (Spanish-English) belonging to the domain of olive oil and wine tasting. The dataset was compiled through targeted webcrawling of wine and olive oil producers' webpages from English-speaking countries (mainly Australia, UK, US), combined with the downloaded English Wikipedia categories related to wine and olive oil, hence the Restricted status of this dataset due to potential copyright conflicts. The monoligual English corpus was translated into Spanish and then source and target languages were inverted to obtain quality target (English) segments (backtranslation as a data synthesis or augmentation technique).
