VPRS 12467 Court Regulation Cash Book Trust Fund Account

This series records payments to and disbursements from the Trust Fund Account for the Court of Insolvency and the County Court at Geelong. Successful plaintiffs in the County Court had money due to them paid into and disbursed from the Court Trust Fund. Prior to the Insolvency Act 1897, transactions relating to insolvent estates were processed through the Court Trust Fund.The P1 consignment of this series was previously registered as VPRS 1473 unit 10. It was reserialised in 2001 as part of the ARAD Project.
