Case study data: Reusable takeaway packaging system piloted at Norwegian airport

This data set belongs to a case study publication to make the research and data accessible to the readers. <br>The pilot explored for one month the development and implementation of a reusable reusable takeaway system, focusing on bowls, which was evaluated through qualitative and quantitative data. Insights were gathered o from two serving units through qualitative interviews with employees,users, managers, project partners, and industry experts (n=9). Quantitative surveys assessed customer and employee perspective (n=59) of the reusable takeaway pilot. Additional note-taking further highlighted multiple perspectives and realities of implementing an intervention in a complex environment like an airport. All data collected was analyzed based on an analytical framework and made accessible through sort summaries. <br>A overview of applied methods and a rough timeline can be found on the first page of the appendix file for other researchers to interpret the research and reproduce it.
