Community-level Monitoring of Antimicrobial Resistance following Mass Administration of Azithromycin to Reduce Child Mortality in Côte d’Ivoire: Results from Two Rounds of Surveillance

This dataset contains data documentation and datasets from the REACH project's first two rounds of community-based antimicrobial resistance surveillance studies conducted in Côte d’Ivoire. The objective of this study was to assess the effect of Mass Drug Administration (MDA) of azithromycin in community-level bacterial resistance to azithromycin among children targeted by bi-annual MDA-azithromycin campaigns to improve child survival in 8 high-mortality regions of Côte d’Ivoire.
