资源简介:
The database consists of qualitative interview materials collected for this study on Master of Education students’ temporal experiences in China. It includes verbatim transcripts of 36 semi-structured interviews and selected records from spontaneous informal conversations conducted during the fieldwork period. All interviews were audio-recorded with participants’ informed consent and subsequently transcribed verbatim. Participants were recruited from three universities representing different institutional levels in Chinese higher education: a national key university, a provincial key university, and a general comprehensive university. The dataset reflects diversity in academic specialization and year of study within Master of Education programs, as well as the gender composition characteristic of education-related graduate programs in China. To protect participant confidentiality, all identifiable information has been removed during data processing. Pseudonyms and anonymized codes are used in place of real names, institutions, and specific locations. The dataset does not contain any personal identifiers and complies with the ethical standards approved by the Research Ethics Committee of the Institute of Teacher Education, Ningbo University. The database also includes a codebook documenting the three-tier coding framework used in the analysis, along with thematic descriptions and representative excerpts. Supplementary materials include the interview guide and brief metadata describing participant characteristics (e.g., gender, year of study, and academic specialization), provided in aggregated or anonymized form.
