In 2023, apartment prices in the city center and Old Town of Vilnius varied from 3,800 to 7,000 euros, which is nearly 1.5 times more expensive than in 2020. Apartment prices in residential districts varied from 1,500 to 2,400 euros in 2021 and increased in price the following year, where they varied between 1,800 and 3,100 euros.
