X-Ray synchrotron diffraction data for the crystal of Hypericum perforatum Hyp-1 protein in complex with melatonin. The diffraction images were collected to the resolution of 1.30 Å on the beamline SERCAT 22ID at the Argonne Photon Source at 100K using a MAR225 detector. The data was recorded in one pass of 100 images to resolution of 1.30 Å with crystal-to-detector distance 130 mm. The direct beam position was; x=2050px, y=2050px, oscillation angle was 3° and X-ray wavelength equal to 1.0000 Å.
