Supporting dataset for the study “Phase-Specific Lower-Limb Muscle Co-Contraction and Neuromechanical Performance During the Countermovement Jump: Supporting Dataset.” This dataset contains the anonymized analysis data and electromyographic (EMG) measurements underlying the study of phase-specific lower-limb muscle co-contraction and neuromechanical performance during the countermovement jump in rehabilitated and healthy volleyball players. The dataset includes countermovement-jump performance variables, braking and propulsion phase measures, lower-limb EMG variables for the rectus femoris, biceps femoris, tibialis anterior, and lateral gastrocnemius, and knee and ankle co-contraction indices (CCI). Participant identifiers have been pseudonymized. Direct identifiers and selected demographic variables were excluded from the deposited analysis dataset to reduce re-identification risk. The files are provided as a supporting research dataset to facilitate transparency and reproducibility. Because the data originate from human participants, access to the files is restricted and should be provided only in accordance with the study’s ethical approval, informed-consent conditions, and applicable privacy requirements.
