Promoting Lifestyle Profile II dataset from a Colombian university community

This dataset contains anonymized information from a cross-sectional study conducted among members of a private higher education institution in Barranquilla, Colombia. The data include sociodemographic characteristics (age, sex, socioeconomic level, institutional role) and scores from the Health-Promoting Lifestyle Profile II (HPLP-II), which evaluates six dimensions of health-promoting behaviors: health responsibility, physical activity, nutrition, spiritual growth, interpersonal relations, and stress management.
