Change in capacitance with strain for Miura-patterned elastomer-foil capacitor

This dataset contains strain and capacitance measurement data for Miura-patterned capacitors. Files are named according to pattern letter, E (elastomer only) or F (foil-elastomer), sample number, axis, and whether the file is mechanical (_m) or capacitance data.
