Characteristics of Anw benefits (from 01-09-2004)
收藏资源简介:
This SSB component contains data on benefits under the General Survivors Act (Anw). These are the Anw benefits to persons who had not ended at the end of the reporting period, the so-called current benefits. The Anw regulates the right to benefit for survivors, half orphans and orphans. There is only entitlement to an Anw benefit if the deceased was insured before the Anw on the day of death. The figures are based on the registration of the Social Insurance Bank (SVB). The numbers are taken over by CBS in full. Since the entire population of the SVB is observed, the quality is good to very good. As of 1 July 2013, a legislative amendment abolished the right to a half orphan benefit. As of 1 July 2013, a surviving parent with a child under the age of 18 will receive a higher survivor’s benefit. For those who already had a half orphan benefit, the amendment will start on 1 October 2013. The reporter submits a monthly integral statement of the population. As a result, no estimate or increase is required. ### Population The population of the component consists of Anw benefits to persons who had not ended at the end of the reporting period, the so-called current benefits. To determine the number of benefits counted, a selection should be applied to one of the variables Anwspeciespension1a or Anwnihila: —for the variable Anwspeciespension1a, the values are: 01, 03 and 10 excluded: Anw nihil, AWW nihil and NBU nihil; —for the Anwnihila variable, the value 1 (if applicable) is excluded.
