Financial aid for the energy renovation of housing

In order to combat energy poverty and promote the renovation of housing, since 2019, GPSO has implemented as part of Operation Habitat Quality, aid for energy renovation: * A specific individual assistance subject to resource condition, which is addressed to **occupier owners**, **tenants in the private or social park, or hosted free of charge** and a specific aid subject to rent agreement which is intended for **the landlords.** * A specific aid for the trade unions of the co-owners in the context of global renovation works * Additional individual support for modest, very modest and intermediate households in the context of global condominium renovation works Obtaining these aids is subject to the achievement of a minimum energy gain: * **25 %** of energy gain for work of **energy renovation in private parts** * **15 %** of energy gain for work of **overall condominium renovation** ** **
