Comparison of Coxiella burnetii isolates from different hosts in Europe. Coxiella burnetii

Coxiella burnetii is responsible of Q fever, a worldwide zoonosis occurring mainly after inhalation of aerosols contaminated by livestock birth products. Six draft genome sequences of European isolates from ruminants (the main animal reservoir), are presented. Their availability would help in understanding the genomic features of C. burnetii.
