Diatom data. Abundance of diatoms species, and environmental information from 1698 independent stream localities across the conterminous United States. Surveys originally conducted by the USEPA's NRSA and USGS' NAWQA surveys. Taxonomic names have been updated to ensure the two datasets could be merged successfully.
