在规定的充放电制度下,采集由氧化亚硅为前驱体制备的硅氧纯品材料的放电比容量、放电电压、充电比容量、充电电压的数据。
2.数据处理
在循环放电过程中,通过设置放电截止电压来判断放电结束,放电结束时的放电比容量作为首次放电比容量;通过设置充电截止电压来判断充电结束,充电结束时的充电比容量作为首次充电比容量。
通过以下公式来分析计算该材料的首次库伦效率:
首次库伦效率=首次充电比容量/首次放电比容量*100%
3.数据应用
首次库伦效率是评价电池材料的循环可逆性的重要指标,其数值越大表示转化效率越高,反之则表示转化效率较低,是评价电池容量的衰减以及衰减快慢的重要依据。

1. Data Source
Under a specified charge-discharge protocol, data including specific discharge capacity, discharge voltage, specific charge capacity, and charge voltage of pure silicon oxide materials prepared with silicon suboxide as the precursor are collected.
2. Data Processing
During the cyclic discharge process, the end of discharge is determined by setting the discharge cut-off voltage, and the specific discharge capacity at the end of discharge is taken as the first-cycle specific discharge capacity. Similarly, the end of charge is determined by setting the charge cut-off voltage, and the specific charge capacity at the end of charge is taken as the first-cycle specific charge capacity.
The first-cycle Coulombic efficiency of the material is analyzed and calculated using the following formula:
First-cycle Coulombic Efficiency = (First-cycle Specific Charge Capacity / First-cycle Specific Discharge Capacity) × 100%
3. Data Application
First-cycle Coulombic efficiency is an important indicator for evaluating the cycle reversibility of battery materials. A higher value indicates a higher conversion efficiency, while a lower value indicates lower conversion efficiency, and it serves as an important basis for evaluating battery capacity attenuation and the rate of that attenuation.
