Consumer Goods Cost Index; 2010=100, 2005-2015

This table contains price indices and changes in consumer goods, broken down by cost price indices and consumer price indices (derived). For the cost price indices, the producer price indices are used in domestic consumption. The domestic consumption index is composed of domestic sales and imports. The consumer price index is based on the derived consumer price index based on 2006=100. For this table, the basis of the consumer price index has been moved to 2010=100. This may prevent deviations from the official set of consumer price indices as a result of rounding. Data available from January 2005 to May 2015. Status of the figures: Cost indices from January 2015 to May 2015 are provisional. As this table has been discontinued, the data will no longer be finalised. Consumer price indices are immediately final. Amendment as of 14 August 2015: None, this table has been discontinued. In accordance with the announcement in the 2015 CBS annual plan, the publication of the cost price index has ceased. For price comparisons in the chain, CBS will focus on alternatives that are harmonised at European level (the cost price index is not). When will there be new figures? No longer applicable.
