The data contained in this dataset is ChipSeq BAM files aligned to reference genome hg38. The ChipSeq was based on a combination of six histone modifications as follows: H3K4me1, H3K4me3, H3K9me3, H3K27me3, H3K27Ac and H3K36me3.
