Sustainable Marketing and Patient Retention: Addressing Medical Tourism Determinants for Health Policy and Economic Growth

This repository contains anonymized survey data and supporting materials for the study “Sustainable Marketing and Patient Retention: Addressing Medical Tourism Determinants for Health Policy and Economic Growth.” The dataset supports research investigating behavioral and perceptual factors influencing Indonesians’ intention to seek medical treatment abroad, integrating the Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB) and the Push–Pull framework. The data were collected from 163 respondents in Jabodetabek and analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling–Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS).
