Development plan Tonndorf 5 1st amendment Hamburg

The Law on the Development Plan Tonndorf 5 of 19 June 1967 (HmbGVBl. P. 217), as amended on 4 November 1997 (HmbGVBl. P. 494, 495, 499) is amended as follows: 1. The attached “Appendix to the Ordinance amending the Law on the Tonndorf 5 Development Plan” is added to the Act. 2. In § 2, the following point 4 is added: 4. In the commercial area, retail establishments with the exception of mail order establishments are prohibited. By way of exception, retail is permitted in conjunction with crafts and manufacturing industries. The Building Use Ordinance, as amended on 23 January 1990 (BGBl. I p. 133), as last amended on 22 April 1993 (BGBl. I p. 466, 479).’
