Therapeutic Mechanisms of Chinese Herbal Medicine Qushi Huayu Decoction (QHD) in the Treatment of NAFLD

We used microarrays to examine the effects of QHD and GC treatment on the liver transcriptomes of NAFLD rats induced by high fat diet and identified multiple therapeutic targets of QHD.本研究采用基因芯片（microarrays）技术，探究了QHD与GC治疗对高脂饮食诱导的非酒精性脂肪性肝病（Non-Alcoholic Fatty Liver Disease, NAFLD）大鼠肝脏转录组的影响，并鉴定出QHD的多个治疗靶点。
