B-Plan 1-048 Station (new) (INSPIRE)

INSPIRE-compliant development plan of the city of Freiburg im Breisgau. Development Plan 1-048 entered into force on 3 March 1995. A development plan contains the legally binding stipulations for urban planning and is the central element of land-use planning. The setting up commune regulates where, what and how may be built. In principle, the development plan must be developed from the land use plan. The data is available in the INSPIRE-PLU data model and is available via OGC:WMS and predefined ATOM.
