24-month clinical evaluation of Cention N

This dataset contains the results of a randomized controlled trial (ClinicalTrials.gov ID: NCT05593159) involving 27 patients and 81 restorations allocated to three groups: Cention N with a retentive groove, Cention N with a universal adhesive, and RM‑GIC. The dataset includes tooth‑related variables (tooth number, tooth type, tooth arch), lesion characteristics (attrition facets, lesion height, lesion angle, dentin sclerosis), and clinical evaluation parameters recorded at baseline, 6‑month, 12‑month, and 24‑month follow‑ups. Clinical outcomes include marginal staining, retention, fracture, marginal adaptation, recurrence of caries, anatomical form, and patient satisfaction.
