Sentinel-2 data to quantify the impacts of drought on crop yields at local and regional scales in Sweden

This repository provides data, models and R scripts from a manuscript titled "Using Sentinel-2 data to quantify the impacts of drought on crop yields at local and regional scales in Sweden” by Mitro Müller, Shangharsha Thapa, El-Houssaine Bouras, Per-Ola Olsson, Sadegh Jamali, Lars Eklundh and Jonas Ardö. These materials are stored in separate folders for data, models and scripts. Each folder includes a README file that provides a detailed explanation of the contents.
