Sea Surface Temperature and Chlorophyll a Concentration Dataset for the South China Sea 2003-2020

The dataset contains chlorophyll a concentration and SST data in the South China Sea in the range of 3°S-25°N, 103°E-122°E. The chlorophyll a concentration data with a temporal resolution of 1 day and a spatial resolution of 0.25° are from NASA Goddard Space Flight Center (Aqua MODIS Global Binned Chlorophyll (CHL) Data) at 10.5067/AQUA/MODIS /L3B/CHL/2022 on 0.05° × 0.05° grid with -0.25° resolution obtained by resampling. SST data from Climate Data Store (CDS) at DOI:10.24381/cds.adbb2d47 on 0.05° × 0.05° grid with -0.25° resolution obtained by resampling.
