dmLT_Table II. dmLT recovery after incubation with simulated gastric fluid

Double mutant heat labile (dmLT) adjuvant is being proposed for oral vaccine formulation. dmLT stability in stomach acid was evaluated by dmLT ELISA. dmLT was mixed with HCl, simulated gastic fluid, or PBS and measured by ELISA after the specified time points. Prior to testing by ELISA samples were neutralized using PBS to prevent acidic samples from interfering with ELISA measurements.
