Adjoining winter service on plots, city of Leipzig

On the basis of § 51 of the Roads Act for the Free State of Saxony (SächsStrG), the resident winter service of the City of Leipzig constitutes the entire obligations of residents in the winter service of the City of Leipzig on land (flourpieces) owned by the City of Leipzig, in accordance with the provisions of Section 4 of the Winter Service Statute of the City of Leipzig.
