ANDI Manikin-Based Computer Simulated Person (CSP) Geometry in STL Format

This dataset provides a three-dimensional Computer Simulated Person (CSP) geometry generated from high-resolution 3D scans of the ANDI thermal manikin (Thermetrics LLC). The scanned data were processed through surface cleaning and geometric refinement to produce an STL geometry suitable for computational fluid dynamics (CFD) simulations. This CSP geometry was developed by the ITO Research Group, Faculty of Engineering Sciences, Kyushu University, Japan. http://www.phe-kyudai.jp/ The intellectual property rights of the processed CSP geometry belong to the laboratory. The dataset is publicly available for academic and non-commercial research, including CFD-based human heat transfer analysis, convective and radiative heat transfer simulations, thermophysiological model coupling, thermal comfort assessment, and occupant-centric HVAC research. The original ANDI thermal manikin and its associated intellectual property remain the property of Thermetrics LLC. This dataset does not include any proprietary manufacturing information or original design data; it contains only the processed CSP geometry developed for CFD applications. Users of this dataset are requested to cite the associated publication when using the geometry in CFD simulations or related research.
