HAWC2 simulations for creating a wind farm surrogate model of a 5MW offshore wind turbine

HAWC2 input files and time series statistics for a 5MW offshore wind turbine with jacket structure. The turbine model is a modified version of the NREL 5MW reference model with jacket structure from OC4 from the IEA Task 30.This large simulation database is used for calibrating a wind farm surrogate model described in the paper "A surrogate model approach for associating wind farm load variations with turbine failures" (https://doi.org/10.5194/wes-5-1007-2020).
