The dataset pertains from the NASS-GES, which is derived from police reports relating to car accidents between 2009 and 2015. Because it integrates information from trauma centers and engineering, the attributes encompass diverse facets such as patient vital signs, hospital records, laboratory tests, treatment orders, and vehicle manufacturing and model details.Based purely on transportation engineering knowledge, a subset of independent variables representing main factors contributing to accidents was identified. These factors include road conditions, vehicle specifications, human behavior, temporal and environmental factors. The dataset, which includes 9,369 documented collisions, unknown data entries were excluded from the dataset, resulting in a final set of 9,167 accident records.
