The data files in this archive are the results displayed in the paper "The Diurnal cycles of dust and water vapor as observed by EMIRS", by Michael D. Smith, Samuel A. Atwood, Khalid Bhadri, and Christopher S. Edwards. The paper has been submitted to the Journal of Geophysical Research, Planets. The file "EMIRSclimatology.dat" contains the data used for Figure 1. The 6 columns are: 1. Ls 2. Latitude 3. Dust optical depth 4. Water ice optical depth 5. "T15" atmospheric temperature 6. Water vapor column The file "DustEffectiveHeight.dat" contains the data used for Figure 3. The 4 columns are: 1. Ls 2. Latitude 3. Effective height of dust in "AM" (Dawn) in scale heights 4. Effective height of dust in "PM" (Dusk) in scale heights The file "WaterEffectiveHeight.dat" contains the data used for Figure 7. The 4 columns are: 1. Ls 2. Latitude 3. Effective height of water vapor in "AM" (Dawn) in scale heights 4. Effective height of water vapor in "PM" (Dusk) in scale heights A value of -999.905 means "no data" The files "duststats.LsLT0-20N" and "duststats.LsLT0-20S" contain the data used in Figure 4. The three columns are: 1. Ls 2. Latitude 3. Dust optical depth difference from diurnal mean The files "wvstats.LsLT0-20N" and "wvstats.LsLT0-20S" contain the data used in Figure 8. The three columns are: 1. Ls 2. Latitude 3. Water vapor column abundance difference from diurnal mean The files "DiurnalAve0-20NS.dat" and "DiurnalAve20-40NS.dat" contain the data used in Figures 5 and 9. The 9 columns are: 1. Local time (hours) 2. Dust difference (0-20 N or 20-40 N) 3. Uncertainty in dust difference (0-20 N or 20-40 N) 4. Dust difference (0-20 S or 20-40 S) 5.
