This dataset comprises single-cell sequencing analysis of 28 tissue samples from five lung squamous cell carcinoma (LUSC) patients who received neoadjuvant chemoimmunotherapy. The samples were collected from five distinct anatomical sites: tumor tissue, adjacent normal tissue, tumor-draining lymph nodes (tDLNs), nondraining lymph nodes (nDLNs), and peripheral blood. The dataset integrates single-cell RNA sequencing (scRNA-seq), single-cell T-cell receptor sequencing (scTCR-seq), and single-cell B-cell receptor sequencing (scBCR-seq) results, revealing similar immune cell compositions between tDLNs and nDLNs, and demonstrating shared clonal lineages between exhausted CD8+ T lymphocytes within the tumor and exhausted progenitor cell populations in both types of lymph nodes, providing crucial data for understanding the role of nondraining lymph nodes in LUSC antitumor immunity.
