Dataset of bone marrow cell images with complex karyotype and non-complex karyotype in patients with multiple myeloma.

We defined all complex karyotypes as patients with ≥ 3 abnormalities detected in their chromosome karyotypes. After applying algorithm execution, we generated multiple myeloma complex karyotype bone marrow plasma cell images and multiple myeloma non complex karyotype bone marrow plasma cell images, thus forming a dataset of myeloma bone marrow plasma cell images based on karyotype classification. The segmented image file is labeled in the Tag Image File Format (TIF). The dataset containing complex karyotype bone marrow plasma cells is designated as "POOR MM SINGLE", while the dataset containing non complex karyotype bone marrow plasma cells is labeled as "GOOD MM SINGLE".
