RB transcriptional corepressor 1 (RB1) is frequently mutated in human cancers, we discover a new target of oncogenic stress in RB1-mutant cells. Overall design: RNA-seq, ChIP-seq and WES are used to profile RB1 mutant fibroblasts, RB1 mutant iPSC derived mesenchyma stem cell, osteoblast and osteosarcoma cancer cell lines.
