资源简介:
To assess soil or root and leaf associate community responses to precipitation and land use, we analyzed bacterial (v4 of 16S) and fungal (ITS2) metabarcode data along the steep precipitation gradient (~450mm/a - 1,040mm/a) in agricultural and post-agricultural sites as well as in native prairie remnants in Kansas. These studies provide data to assess how plant-associated communities may respond to environmental change and differ in areas with distinct land-use legacies.
