MIMAS: An open-source microlens-array miniature microscope for accessible large-field cortical imaging in freely behaving mice.

This record contains the imaging data associated with the MIMAS calcium-imaging cell-deduplication workflow. It includes 16 denoised 8-bit TIFF stacks corresponding to a 4 × 4 arrangement of overlapping miniscope subfields, together with a timeStamps.csv file containing the timestamps corresponding to the released frames. The present release contains the first 5 minutes of the recording, with 2774 frames for each subfield. The file names encode the row and column positions of the subfields and are directly compatible with the input structure expected by the accompanying MATLAB software. This dataset is intended to support method verification, reproducibility, and reanalysis of the imaging data. The associated analysis code is provided in a separate Zenodo record.
