This repository contains the pre-computed numerical and experimental data, alongside the corresponding Python plotting script, used to produce the figures for the paper "Simulating the dynamics of an SU(2) matrix model on a trapped-ion quantum computer". The data within this upload corresponds to the digital quantum simulation of a single-matrix bosonic model with a quartic interaction, including hardware execution data from the Quantinuum System Model H2 trapped-ion quantum processor. The included files allow users to reproduce the manuscript's visual analyses of Hilbert space truncation errors, Trotterization errors, and hardware noise mitigation strategies (such as zero-noise extrapolation and gauge singlet post-selection). Repository Contents: Data: A directory of plain .csv files containing the underlying data for all figures, including Loschmidt echo measurements, Fourier transform data, Hamiltonian Pauli weight decompositions, gauge singlet violation rates, and number operator expectation values. Code: A self-contained Python script (plot_figures.py) that uses numpy, matplotlib, pandas, and scipy to read the data files and generate the final publication-ready PDFs. Documentation: A README.md file detailing the column mappings for the datasets, and a pyproject.toml file for Python environment setup.
