The purpose of the project was to investigate the role of private actors in the health care sector in Norwegian municipalities. Outsourcing is central and project examines the extent of this and the experiences so far. The main findings show a modest use of outsourcing as a tool.
The data set consists of a questionnaire answered by 240 health care managers in Norwegian municipalities and districts in Oslo and Bergen.
