This survivor-authored lexicon documents semantic infrastructure extracted from institutional abuse patterns examined in the Royal Commission into Institutional Responses to Child Sexual Abuse. Volume 10 focuses on undeclared trafficking, systemic referral pipelines, religious service control, and the diagnostic silencing of survivors. It expands the Strategic Self-Advocacy™ framework for use in survivor-led diagnostics, AI alignment, and human rights protocols.
