Microsatellite_data.csv: dataset containing the genotypes of the 131 individuals of Patella ferruginea retained for the data analysis. First column shows sample IDs, second sampling site and from third on genotypes at eight microsatellite loci are shown POWSIM.IN1: An example of a input file used to run simulations in POWSIM.
