Multiplexed Images of Melanoma Lymph Node Metastases

MIBI data containing 0.8x0.8mm2 multiplexed images from lymph nodes of multiple patients with melanoma metastases. The data includes the clean images of multiple proteins, cell segmentation and cell classification. The data is saved in CellSighter input format and was used to train and evaluate CellSighter on the task of cell classification.
