Essential data on public procurement in the city of La Possession

The publication of the essential data of the Public Order, provided for in Article R2196-1 of the Public Order Code, is the free and complete provision of data relating to contracts meeting a need with a value equal to or greater than EUR 25 000 excluding tax. They relate to the procurement procedure, the content of the contract and the performance of the contract, in particular in the event of modification. The objectives of this publication are: transparency, sound management of public funds and prevention and fight against corruption. It is also the management of purchasing policies and the economic development of companies that will be able to better meet the needs of public buyers and/or develop new services for the further development of Public Order policies.
