Brain RNAseq, comparing wild type and Sgo1 mouse (all 24 months of age) Total RNA were collected from cerebrum extract of 24 months old wild type C57BL6 (n=3) and Shugoshin1 haploinsufficient mouse (n=3), and RNA-sequenced with Illumina sequencer.
