In Tables S2-S5, we show the results for the associations between cardio-metabolic traits with DNA methylation model 1 (Table S2) and model 2 (Table S3), and gene expression model 1 (Table S4) and model 2 (Table S5). In Table S6, we show all the three-way associations obtained in the discovery. In Table S7, we show the mediation results for all the three-way associations obtained in the discovery, and the results obtained in the replication. In Table S8, we show the CpGs, and in Table S9, we show the gene expression probes that were included in the current study as markers of interest.
