Continuous underway measurements of CO2, CH4, and N2O in a semi-enclosed bay in the Baltic Sea

Data set for the manuscript "Hot spots and hot moments in greenhouse gas (CO2, CH4 and N2O) fluxes in a heterogenous coastal ecosystem". 

Data included in file "Data_file_spatiotemporal.xlsx" is sea surface temperature, salinity and patricaial preassure of CH4, CO2  N2O from atmosphere and sea surface. It also includes calculated fluxes of CH4, CO2, N2O and CO2 eqvivalents of CH4 and N2O. Additionally it includes windspeed and GPS data. 

Data included in file"Data_file_data_per_pixel" is interpolated data of concnetrations and fluxes of CO2, CH4 and N2O as well as temperature and CO2 eqvivalnets of CH4 and N2O.
