APEX_Galeocerdo_cuvier_SNP_NewCal_Postfiltering01

This dataset contains postfiltering of single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNP) data from 23 Galeocerdo cuvier (tiger sharks) individuals collected in the New Caledonian Archipelago between April 2016 and July 2021. The data were collected under permit #479-2016/ARR/DENV to Laurent Vigliola by the Southern Province of New Caledonia as well as culling programs of the city of Bourail and the city of Noumea. Genetic data were collected by a project led by Jess FISH and Adam MILLER (Cesar Australia). The metadata contains fish identification number, sampling site, gender, size, latitude and longitude.
