Metagenomic Analysis of Sediment Sample Collected from Salt Pan from Pathanendal, Ramanathapuram, Tamil Nadu, India

This study focuses on identifying and evaluating the microbiome present in the Salt Pan from Pathanendal, Ramanathapuram, Tamil Nadu, India. The metagenomic analysis was performed using the Illumina Mi-Seq platform targeting the V3-V4 region, producing 300 x 2 base pairs paired-end reads.
