App for extracting texture features from digital raw CC view mammograms

This is the app for a paper initially presented in the 8th International Breast Density and Cancer Risk Assessment Workshop and published in Breast Cancer Research (Wang et al., 2017). It extracts useful mammographic texture features that are predictive of cancer risk.<br>For the composite risk score, please refer to the paper; alternatively one can recover the score (in the original scale as used in the paper) using the following formula: risk score = -20.93 + 184.12*SumAverage16 + 82.83*SumAverage32 + 85.74*SumAverage64.<br><br>Requires MATLAB Runtime 9.1 (http://www.mathworks.com/products/compiler/mcr/index.html)! If you are not sure what to do, download the installer (MyAppInstaller_web.exe) and install.
