Transcriptomic Analysis of ERF1 and WT Seeds Treated under Red Light and Dark Conditions

Seeds of ERF1 and WT were subjected to treatments under red light and dark conditions, with three replicates per genotype, resulting in a total of 12 samples. The different genotypes under various treatment conditions were designated as A, B, C, and D. Specifically, A represents WT seeds under red light treatment, B denotes ERF1 seeds under red light treatment, C signifies WT seeds under dark treatment, and D indicates ERF1 seeds under dark treatment.
