To study the expression and chromatin profiles upon Hoxa9 inactivation and CAF-1 suppression, we performed ATAC-seq and RNA-seq analyses at 48 hours using Hoxa9-Granulocyte-macrophage progenitor cells (Hoxa9-GMPs). Overall design: mRNA/chromatin profiles of Hoxa9-GMPs at 0h and 48hrs upon CAF-1 suppression or Hoxa9 inactivation by Illumina sequencing.
